Employment Nova Scotia is a division within the Skills and Learning Branch of the Department of Labour and Workforce Development.

Part of the process of supporting the delivery of Labour Market Agreement (LMA) and Labour market Development Agreement (LMDA) programming by Nova Scotia was to create a new division dedicated to these two program areas.
