The Canadian Coast Guard College:

• provides professional marine training to the Canadian Coast Guard and other government departments and organizations
• develops innovative programs and courses, including the world's first Marine Traffic Regulator program
• operates state-of-the-art simulation-based marine training programs, and contributes to the design of specialized simulation training aids, including the Rescue Coordination Simulator and the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System Simulator
• supports the Canadian Coast Guard in other related activities such as the Office of Boating Safety
